Vision
Executive Sisterhood aspires to a world in which women’s leadership is realized to be essential in the highest levels of every company.
Executive Sisterhood has a Two-Fold Mission:
To accelerate the number of women in C-Suite and Board positions, and advance women entrepreneurs.
To influence companies to transform their leadership and boards and reflect the consumer base of their products and services.
Our Value Proposition
We will create a community who pledge to help women climb the corporate ladder into executive roles and board seats.
We will seek partnerships with companies and women’s leadership organizations to help them achieve their gender parity goals.
We will provide data and resources to support the acceleration of gender parity across industries, with an intersectionality lens.
We will post and share experiences and successes with helping women.
We will measure and track our successes helping women rise.
We will advocate for gender-balanced representation on private and public corporate boards and in the C-Suite.
We will influence companies to change the composition of their C-Suite and Board to reflect the female consumer base of their products and services
